Maybe it’s just dumb luck, or the fact that citrus does well in Florida..Either way, the tiny citrus plant that shot up from one of my germinated seeds is doing great.
Here it is late March, just a tiny shoot..Interestingly enough birds seem to like orange seeds..They’re not eating them, but rather pulling them out of the dirt. So, a couple of the other small plants that popped up fell victim to the scavengers…

Here is one that survived, just 4 weeks later. Amazing, it’s already a viable plant. I have about 6 or 7 others that I’m growing in small pots. Will be interesting to see if I can actually turn them into trees.
